Our Club adheres to the rules and governance of Rotary International. We have a number of documents which set out specific aspects of how we run our Club.
All we do has to pass the Rotary Four-way Test:
  1. Is it the truth?
  2. Is it fair to all concerned?
  3. Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
  4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

These are the documents which legally founded our club on the 15th April 1998. Rotary Club Prague International ("RCPI") is a non-for-profit association (spolek). Registration number 50895, with a registered address of Na shore 897/1b, Prague 9 - Vysočany, Czech Republic.
The Constitution is the base definition of how the Club operates. It is the same for all Rotary Clubs and is amended through the creation of Bylaws.
The Bylaws add to and amend the constitution of the Club. They should always be read alongside the Constitution.
This document outlines how we allocate charitable funds both in terms pf process and content.
RCPI is part of the program to be a innovative and flexible Rotary club. This document outlines what this entails. The Bylaws also outline where we deviate from a standard Rotary club.
