A Rotary welcome to Marcela

Rotary Club Prague International has a new member. Our President, Petr Smejcky, welcomed Marcela and presented her formally with her Rotary pin. Marcela lives in Prague and has been active and working with NGOs for some years. A resounding round of applause welcomed our newest member.
